This page looks at how we will work together, from what really happens and how we get started, to what you can expect - the return on your investment.
So what really happens? Growing a business requires the people within it to also grow - whether that's staff learning new technical skills; managers becoming more effective, perhaps improving their communication, getting better at delegation, learning a new functional skill, for example, how to market the products you sell, or really understanding that strategy matters.
We'll review what you're good at, what you're not and what you can do about it. We'll define and clarify the roles and responsibilities needed so that everyone can get on with their job.
At the same time we'll identify the route to grow your business - a business growth strategy that cuts across all the business functions - then agree the steps to start the journey - the action plan, be that sales & marketing or process development or productivity improvement. We'll set challenging yet achievable goals and we'll decide how to measure these.
This will be done through the use of structures & frameworks to guide and facilitate, business analysis tools to really understand what's going on; questions and challenges to help you to prioritise; creating structure and order. This is delivered step-by-step to close the gap between intention (the dusty plan on the shelf) and action (following your plan, you really can achieve what you want).
Typically, 98% of the work takes place in your premises. We can, however, go off-site, away from the busy day-to-dayness of your office; we can use a remote farmhouse in North Wales for leadership and team development - are you ready to be challenged?
How do we start? You can have a free 1 hour meeting; the purpose of which is to understand the issues and challenges you're facing and for us to decide whether we can work together.
Successful coaching is built on honesty, respect & trust, empathy and a clear sense of purpose.
