Who am I?
I've supported businesses, both large and small, since 1993, across the UK, across many different industries. My approach centres on leaders and businesses together, to grow and strengthen them both; with a sharp focus on the bottom line.
Being passionate about business, I enjoy extraordinary business empathy, with the ability to rapidly and accurately assess what's really going on inside a business.
Acting as a catalyst and an enabler, I bring with me a wealth of experience of larger organisations to benefit those that may be smaller: forward planning, business process management, professionalism. With the larger companies learning too from the lessons of the smaller business: having a strong core focus, of necessity employing lean processes, cutting out waste just to survive, and above all, always managing the cash.
My work is underpinned by a MBA, a Marketing Diploma, and a Certificate in Counselling. I've enjoyed a successful corporate career; managed businesses and started businesses. I'm a Director of a small flourishing technical consultancy and run my own business.
I'm a climber, an addicted skier, and a mountaineer.
As a working parent, I have a work-life balance that gives me the intellectual challenge I enjoy and lots of playtime with my family - have you achieved this?
